Network Cabling - Data Cabling
iTEXs will install all types of computer network cabling, first we undertake a survey of your premises and then provide you with a plan of all the work needed, whether ethernet cables (typically Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a) or fibre optic (singlemode or multimode), including data cabinets, switches and any other networking devices needed.
We will happily install a single data point or a complete building (including the data cabinets and switches) and this is all backed up by a guarantee and testimonials; so if you need complete new cabling or some additions to your existing installation we can help.
Our work includes the supply and installation of network switches and data cabinets to complete a full network setup. We also redress existing cabinets to help as your company has grown and increased its use of IT.
We only use cable, fibre, modules and keystones provided by the main suppliers such as Excel or Draka which carry extensive warranties and are known for their quality, this is especially important if you need cables to resist weathering, be rodent proof or operate in harsh environments.

If you are starting without any network cabling then we will conduct a preliminary survey to determine what options you have, taking into account your needs and the locations environment. From that survey we will provide a plan of what your network cabling and/or fibre installation will look like and where the points will be. Using the most appropriate network cable layout, we can install the trunking/conduit and networking points for you, all properly tested and labelled. We will specify and manage your cabling installation to ensure that it will have the capability of expanding easily for the future. |

If you already have computer network cabling installed (Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a installation or Multimode or Singlemode fibre), we will determine what your options are after a site visit. We will carry out an initial survey of your existing set up, discuss your needs and advise on the appropriate options and solutions for your requirements. From a just few points to hundreds, we can manage your complete structured cabling installation, taking into account your current needs and those for the future. Lastly all points are tested, labelled (to your scheme if required) and confirmed working. |
