Network and Data Cabling Installation
ITEXS installs all types of network cabling, from a single socket to complete buildings, we undertake a survey of your site (at no cost) and will provide a plan of what work is needed, this is all backed up by a guarantee and testimonials.
Along with the cabling we also supply, install and securely configure network switches, WiFi points and data cabinets (floor standing or wall mount). If you have existing equipment that you want installed in a new data cabinet we can undertake that for you.
Also there is sometimes the need to just tidy up a data cabinet (sometimes called "dressing the cabinet") as things have become a bit unruly over the years; doing this results in making your network a lot easier to manage. Just like all IT systems things can fail and need updating, so knowing what you have and being able to easily get to it will save you problems down the line.
Network Data Cabling (which is also sometimes called Structured Cabling, Computer cabling, Data Cabling, Ethernet Cabling, Cat5e, Cat6 , Cat6a Cabling or Fibre Optic Cabling) is the backbone of your computer network, it is vital to the smooth running and performance of your computer network.
Your data cabling should be considered an equal part of your whole IT setup, from providing staff with the connectivity they need through to being secure and kept up to date. Often network devices are "out of sight" and therefore "out of mind" so they do not have patches and updates applied to them, they are also often in service long after the manufacturer has discontinued support for them. This can lead to both poor performance and security risks for your business.
Computer network cabling provides connectivity for all types of facilities such as offices, warehouses, factories, schools, community buildings and home offices, and includes internal cabling and linking buildings or floors together (which is often done with fibre optic); they usually consist of some of the following:-
Cat5e Cabling - Cat6 Cabling - Cat6a Cabling - Fibre Optic - Wireless Access Points - CCTV Cabling - Door Controls.
